As the horrizon for war creeps ever closer in the MENA we need to prepare for any gain that can accelerate and re-align Islam. Expect crippling vacuums in national institutions that open the door for memetic competition - who speaks for the ummah when the state falls silent? Do we have tools in place now that can anchor spiritual legitimacy or will sectainianism be our downfall once again?
