Got an amazing physical therapist who is gradually becoming my personal trainer… insurance doesn’t cover much so it feels pretty much the same.
It has been one of the best things I have spent money on this year, arguably this decade. Stacking strength/health > stacking sats > buying pretty much anything else 🫡
World class! I’ve come off 4 years and 5 operation including 4 spinal surgeries..
It’s been a change but 8 months later I’m also there.. pow takes longer than one wants but totally worth it🤙🏻
