The Oura ring has been accurate so far. I woke up feeling like shit yesterday. It recognized my elevated temp, HR, and poor sleep. There’s been many other days that the way I felt was reflected in my “readiness” score. I think it’s worth the extra bucks if you want to monitor more details or are trying to improve a particular aspect of your health…like sleep. It provides more insight on overall wellbeing than an Applewatch or Fitbit.
