Smash bought my fist dip this morning, the first time I've ever converted fiat for #Bitcoin still no regrets. I'm super impressed by how cool my husband was with that when I told him after the fact too 😎 Soon I'll figure out how to get my sats to cold storage 😀

A month or two ago I was really wanting to buy a significant chunk of bitcoin (not near a bitcoin, but still real money) before the halving. I commented on it to my husband. Without hesitation, he replied, "if you really think it will increase that much, why aren't you buying it now?", so I did. I thought he would not want me to spend that much, but he was very supportive. He doesn't buy bitcoin himself and doesn't prep himself, but he is very supportive of me doing these things.

Earlier this year, mine told me off for nostr use and bitcoin talk, but that seemed to change when it hit $100K in AUD. He's been watching it since. A friend said he'd sell me some bitcoin and hubby agreed, so I've been waiting to get set up but I saw that dip and I've missed a few so I just did it. The funny part is once hubby took an interest in bitcoin the maths of how bitcoin works grabbed his attention and has him learning more and more.
