Doesn’t the US have a Sales Tax system?
It’s different when we do it…
but on a serious note- the sales tax (SUT) is administered and imposed at the state level. I could be wrong but VAT is imposed at ports of entry- overall am not sure how this computes in the Trump math because several countries impose VAT.
