I am not going to waste my time again and again to convince ignorant randoms on the internet, who suffering from the Dunning Kruger effect and are just too lazy to do the work and read some books.
You are asking for an explanation on a complex topic on social media for which the brightest mind wrote 400-500 pages books to make their point. As if it would be possible to sum up all this into few posts 🤦♂️😂
