I started this short read skeptical and suspecting a propaganda piece. This is thought provoking.
Depressing as it is a warning with no solution or call to action.
There is no way to seize back the power seeded by congress.
Possibly the power of the purse. The executive power is administration ephemeral, and most presidents are titular like Biden, Bush, and Clinton were. There have not been many “Leaders” in the white house
