Gluten and wheat free bread.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup almond flour

- 1 cup coconut flour

- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp sea salt

- 4 eggs

- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1/4 cup almond milk

- 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, baking powder, and sea salt.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and maple syrup.

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

8. Slice and enjoy your healthy, gluten-free bread.
