Waiting until a good bitcoin backed mortgage product comes so I don't have to sell corn
I don’t know that my wife will wait that long. I will be putting down as little as possible when I do finally pull the trigger.
There is one supposed to be public this year, heard him on some podcasts recently. Sounds like interest rates aren't down to where they probably should be with such good collateral. Was interesting too, if you get margin called on a crash, you do get liquidated however your loan is then also paid off so you own your property free and clear
