Hi, why don't you use xapobank.com? I'm from Brazil and I'm using it here and it's amazing.

Your wife can use Xapo debit card in all Brazil stores. Xapo is a Gibraltar bank and they have Bitcoin account and USD account. You can deposit USD, using USDC.

But if your wife really needs Brazil bank features, you can open an account for her in bipa.app. They support receive using lightning and allow to sell and spend using PIX.
