Sparkling water is insufferable.
The amount of times I accidentally drank it in Europe has only amplified my hatred. Sorry, not sorry.
I also prefer 💯 non sparkling. So much easier to drink, especially when you are mega thirsty.

It’s natural to assume that the more water you drink, the less dehydrated you’ll get, but that’s not the case. Your body can only absorb so much water, no matter how fast you ingest it.
