What do you think of birth certificate ?
I’m not saying it’s good or bad - just authoritarian. Lots of societies don’t issue birth certificates, they rely on elder witnesses.
Some long relative on poor country can’t get her baby birth certificate cause they can not afforded the hospitalization during child birth .that birth certificate is very important for to get to school , family card , civil registration . Glad some family lending them money . Without birth certiifcate , man actually not exist
