Bloomberg reports that the High Court of Montenegro has reversed an earlier ruling that granted bail to Do Kwon, who is still incarcerated. The verdict is similarly applicable to Han Chong-joon, Kwon's ex-chief financial officer. For the crime of document forgery, Kwon could potentially serve a five-year sentence. Both South Korea and the United States are pursuing his extradition.
