It's from the TV show Severance. People get a procedure ("severance") that alters their mind so that their memories in work are totally separate from their memories out of work. The work-person is called an "innie" and the person outside of work is called an "outie". They have no recollection of the other at all.

In this scene, the "innie" receives "therapy" by being told facts about their "outie," life outside of work.
