He didn't make peace yet. We are closer to peace yes, but i don't know if we are close enough.
I don't know if dissolving the transantlantic coalition and threatening to invade their allies is bringing us closer to peace, but we'll see.
The transatlantic coalition is an aggresive one. So definitely yes, but it has not been dissolved yet either 😐. So far there is more show than substance
