The one in question was actually pretty darn good

Good quality meat dressed with

-celeryoil salt pepper

-lambs lettuce

-almond shaving

-water cress pesto

-sjalot mayo( make gastric turn into mayo)

-pecorino

Going by memory but definitely was one of the best i have tasted
