Unsure but the clothes seem off on this guy 
Wrong. Far from it, but you have a good clue about the cloths as it is half way in disguise with it's Azura Camoflage, look closely and with common sense, something is very off and makes no sense for humans. Follow logic, how do you treat a wounded leg?
I also noticed this but without context on the picture to me looks like some sort of accident maybe at a racetrack from the earphones on one of the man providing first aid but this seemed wrong but possible with trauma
