Does the system allow that?
yes lightning allows you to send millisats (1000msat = 1 sat). They aren’t settleable onchain but they can be in aggregate

Cool, I was wondering about that when I realized that 1 sat could settle at between a dime and a dollar.
Can’t be done from Breez or wallet of satoshi currently.
