In Bitcoin, all the trust shifts to the supplier of goods/services.

A customer can't take their money back.

A vendor needs to build trust with their customers in order for customers to spend their Bitcoin with them.

Vendors shouldn't have to trust their customers. Vendors shouldn't even need to know who their customers are.

Bitcoin encourages vendors to act ethically in order to build trust.
