I wonder what stops you from writing same post about spam on Bitcoin that talks about noderunners, Bitcoin knots and difference between policy change vs consensus change?
FEES MITIGATE SPAM ON BITCOIN.
ALL THE PANIC WAS A WASTE OF TIME.
Not if you control the money printer or monetize the spam which scammers are trying to do now
THEY SPENT A SHIT TON OF MONEY FOR NOTHING.
MEMPOOLS ARE PRACTICALLY EMPTY RIGHT NOW.
It wasn’t panic. It was calling out scammers and grifters for what they were, to protect our peers. Side benefit, reducing bloat and a social attack vector on Bitcoin. Yes we’re still vulnerable to this and yes you and others are sleeping at the wheel. This vector never ending is not an excuse for appeasement. And no, the spam hasn’t stopped because the fees are low. You just don’t notice them as much because you’re not looking.
