TLDR; report any obvious spam even if it takes an extra 30-60 sec.

I was quite adamant about 2-3 weeks ago to manually mute/report/block any npub that I could tell was spam

-took about a week

Also removing one relay that helped of course

- can't remember which, obvious thing to check, do and it worked well

I have absolute zero spam

I often report/block/mute clear spam in others' note replies. This helped as well
