What did they use instead? I’m skeptical of all industrial oils and processes.
Yes. I’m skeptical too, but it says 100% cooked with coconut oil.
I should have articulated myself better - I’m skeptical of alternative oils in general and I’m skeptical of all industrial processes eg the way the coconut oil is produced (cross contamination) and the way it is utilized by the chip manufacturer eg frying substrate overuse, cross contamination etc
Yes. Me too. I didn’t buy it. I avoid processed carbs as much as possible. mainly eat meat, eggs, and dairy products.
