The issue was caused by a bug that mistakingly tried to load the ad-free version when it wasn't unlocked via either a subscription or one-time purchase. The bug has now been fixed and the episode should be playable for everyone.
For anyone who experienced the issue - please reply to this note and I'll send you some sats to make up for the bad experience.
Paying a few sats to remove the ads in an episode is a feature that many people have asked us for over the years, and we're excited to start rolling this out for more shows, but bugs like this are a big let down, so again I am sorry for anyone that experienced the issue. We will do better going forward.
