If Russia hates the rules-based international order so much then why did it agree to take up the USSR's mantle as one of the pillars of the UN?

Just leave the UN already and stop whining.

Yes, Russia should follow the stellar examples of the EU and the USA who always follow all the rules they preen and lecture about.
