They changed the bonus policy this year in the company. In the previous years, everyone got a minimum bonus, now only a few will get good bonuses, and the rest will get nothing.
I want that bonus so bad 😂, I already planned how to spend it 😂😂

It was never in the contract, so yeah he can change it, the way he likes. And legally there is nothing you can do 😂
