Interact with the notes you like. Post good notes yourself. That's how you end up not talking to yourself.
By the way, the fact that you can just post your thoughts online, alone, is a net benefit to you, because you get it out of your system.

Provide value and interact in a genuine way. You can get discovered on the global feed. Use hashtags too for your notes. My comment earlier was not targeted at you btw. Let me just make this very clear. Nostr just works different from the other apps like IG for example. This is what new users don't understand.
