Rootstock's BitVMX project is releasing developer kits (SDKs) soon, enabling Bitcoin layer-2 network development. Based on BitVM, it aims for Ethereum-like smart contract functionality. Rootstock is also building Union, a BitVMX-based Bitcoin-Rootstock bridge.
