Yes, I'm talking people who bought their house in the 60s/70s/80s and saw prices appreciate against Fiat eventhough the houses became older and worth less in theory.
For me it's exactly the same. No chance to own a house unless something dramatic happens. And owning a place to life should be a normal thing, not a Life full of debt for just that.
Demand is much higher today, when a lot more people want to diversify their portfolio by investing in foreign land.
