I don't know of anything native to the Nostr protocol, yet. Zapit.live was made for Nostr and it does what you are asking for. It can also be used anywhere, not just Nostr.

Zap it will give you a LNBits wallet, as it works right now. Don't think there is a way to have it go straight to your existing wallet somewhere else. But, you can withdraw instantly any time.

You just need to upload the image to some hosting service, get the image link, and put that into Zapit, along with the amount you want to receive to unlock it.

Posting them and hoping people send me zaps let's people get value from me without any value sent back to me, unless they happen to feel like it, so how is that a value for value basis?

One option I can think of is creating a LN invoice for each tease note you post. The user that pays said invoice then receives the complete content (in a DM for instance)
