The completed human genome project 20 years ago, and this was the 1st concern. Race based weapons.
Yup, I've read that in a few books on the topic over the years. I think its a pipe dream though. None of all the various gene tinkering techniques really work as intended, not to say they wouldn't run a live experiment again a kill off untold thousands, but these clowns can't make anything work right.
