I have tried COOP it wouldn't deploy. Also tried Gossip I think it was called. It also was not as good as the web browsers like Primal and Sattelite. Have you found a good Desktop Nostr client?
No, gossip never worked well for me. Lume was ok but it looks like the development is mostly focused on macos. I usually use coracle in the browser but I don't like it nearly as much as amethyst
