I don’t think it’s exact. It takes a few mins for the bounty notification to go out. But the bounty clock could have started a few mins earlier. It is no more than a 5 minute difference. But I’ve noticed this. It’s not a conspiracy and no one is blocked from winning.

Everyone is calling you this because you were unfairly treated for the award that you deserve.
It’s automated. I am not choosing winners and losers. The bot is pretty accurate. Things are missed from time to time because of how Nostr is set up. I’m not sure what I am supposed to payback. If you can provide proof that the bot is inaccurate, I promise we will address it.
