Just had the most batshit crazy phone call from a fiat world estate agent. They’re trying to rent out my fathers apartment for me.

Fiat money sucks SO MUCH. I appointed an agent to find a tenant, everything after that I’m dealing with myself.

They found a tenant, but the tenant wants his son to pay for a year in cash from an account in Dubai in advance. Fine not a problem. The agent wants to do background checks, so proposed taking the whole years rent by debit card, doing searches and then pass the money on to me minus the fees, but there’s a problem, any amount above 15K has to be checked for money laundering. Meanwhile apparently, the apartment block manager has told them she must interview the tenant to make certain they are suitable.

I have sacked the block manager and told the agent to stop fucking about in his shitty fiat world and understand he is working for me if he wants his fee.

I need to meet the tenant, not the departed manager and if I like him he can move in, all else is irrelevant and he is free to shitcoin in the background, but don’t involve me.

This is self sovereignty and Bitcoin.

Don’t need the money, don’t need the tenant, everybody has to do what I want or they don’t get anything they want.

This is the way.
