My thinking is it the same thing as they did with haight Ashbury in the 60’s but nation wide. The rats in a cage experiment. Bombardment of stressful stimuli, violent reaction from the people, implementation of more restrictive laws and surveillance. 🤷🏻♂️😂 they keep running out the same program in different guises because it works.
i havent tested this yet but i speculate silly string would be great anti-drone tech
