Yes. I believe I've only seen Snort and Iris use them. Others could exist though.

Amethyst supports seed words as well.
But there is no way to make seed words from existing nsecs using NIP06. That's why no one uses NIP06. You would have to start your profile from zero again.
Just tried with the abandon about key. Can you also implement support for different account numbers?
