Ok great. You’re probably using the Damus client then. To add a profile picture go to www.nostr.build and upload a picture from your photo library. This will generate a link. Copy this and then in Damus select Settings/profile/edit. Paste web address in profile picture field. Done.
You can also just copy the image address from your Twitter profile if you plan on having the two synced up.
avoid it for now ! until u pick up speed n get warmed up
