The Mixnet Contract facilitates rewards, reputation and payments, and currently contains $NYM from 3 sources:
1️⃣ A mixmining reserve to bootstrap rewards for mixnodes.
2️⃣ Tokens received to bond a mixnode.
3️⃣ Tokens received to delegate stake to a mixnode.
