For yoga: I did yoga before but only as a way of stretch, purely physically exercise for me. Every time hearing instructions like focus on your breath/ just let it go etc I would be quite suspicious and think that oh really that could have such mental impact? But recently, something changes. Maybe because I concentrate a bit more?
