Every check I send to the IRS has that written in the comment section and on the outside of the envelope. I’m sure I’m on a list somewhere. If you’re not, are you even trying?!

Its a bit of an assumption. I think a good assumption, dramatically narrowed by repeated improbable events, but still. I kinda regret saying it.
