I suspect it doesn’t matter the color make up of congress and the executive. No matter what it looks like these guys would still be going and the disaster ignored.

Gotcha. I was more even thinking FEMA since saw lots of folks saying they aren't even on the ground yet. No way that place will be able to hold polling stations in just over a month from now.
