Our supply of beef comes from a local family owned cow/calf operation, Providence Cattle Company. The company includes a 4th generation Florida cattlemen and a dairyman from Northern Pennsylvania who partnered 20 years ago to provide better quality beef.
The beef is locally born, raised and processed in the State of Florida. The grass fed and finished steers are not given antibiotics, or growth hormones. They are not finished with grains, only grass.
We purchase the beef from https://beefbootlegger.com/ who accepts BTC as payment. This allows us to skip the step in swapping BTC for fiat and keeps sats in the hands of a local Bitcoiner. Our ranchers are not on a Bitcoin Standard. Hopefully, they get there some day.
