The closest we can get is population studies of the Seventh Day adventists or kids in Africa, and the evidence is pretty clear that all-cause mortality goes up with ALL vaccines

They also haven’t actually stopped any diseases. Look at the charts of all the diseases for which there are vaccines, and chart their 98% decline in cases and deaths PRIOR to the introduction of the vaccine.
