That’s a good point. It was easy to remember popular NIP-05s when their weren’t many people on the network. But that has changed.
Maybe this is dumb of me but cant badges help in this scenario in combination with nip-05

Only if they came from some trusted client and were unique to that client (how Twitter handles it).
But on nostr, if you have a nip5 from anywhere, it’ll always render the same in a client.

Possibly. Anyone can issue a badge to someone, but only the owner of an npub can accept it.
How do you do that? Apparently I’ve been given one but I don’t know what to do 😅
