Are we so addicted to compounding interest, that we will try to keep using it, forever, rather than restructuring the way we do business and interact with each other?

Is it the financial equivalent to porn?

It's a natural reaction to eroding wealth, not so much an addiction as a misunderstanding about why their wealth erodes and what should be the IMO proper reaction: outrage 😉
