no problem dude. the biggest problem I face is showing up. but once I break that barrier the workouts themselves aren't bad at all. it's the mental barrier of getting from point A to B. you got this 💪🏼
It really is. When I don’t want to go to the gym I trick myself by telling myself I can leave after one set. I never do.
Recently been letting work get in the way. Need to fix that.
