I believe social media can help foster a spirit of open communication, constructive debate and productive cooperation.

I believe by some miracle we have found that here on NOSTR.

And I believe we should imbue every incentive, feature and zap with the preservation of that culture in mind.

Do not let people ruin this.

It is simply too good and too beautiful.

And things that are good and beautiful are worth fighting for.

It takes a certain kind of mentality to appreciate pay2play.

Normally pay2play means you’re wading around in the swamp handing over brown paper pages to pieces of shit to get what you want.

On nostr it means paying the service providers who build the things that you use to improve your experience. That’s going to take time for people to wrap their heads around and remain a barrier for the loudest whingers who think everything in life should be free.
