Just sue them, THEY have a fiduciary duty. They can go f themselves. UCC 3-306, UCC 3-104, UCC 3-603, UCC 3-311, UCC 3-602. Threatened them. Like how the IRS does and they will serve you like a dog with a tail between its legs.

I moved it all immediately. It's all zeroes in cash app now.
