This stuff was my go to sandwich meat when I was a kid, add some pickles, potatoe chips and ketchup on a big kieser bread.

I have actually never seen that before, holy cow!
This stuff is more like a better flavored commercial summer sausage, with chunks of cheddar and jalapeΓ±os throughout. Slice it up and grab a sleave of crackers and go to town! Best snack while out fishing too.
That sounds yummy. American always have better meat products and food choices π
