Being able to tag and mention other n pub users

I love the bird's eye view of notedeck. I have the firehouse/global feed, contacts feed, notification feed, and the hastag feed. There's nothing that goes unnoticed!

I would like to be able to add a group of people and/or hashtags into one deck instead of being limited to just a single person in a column.

Example:

- column for design people/hashtags

- column for cashu people/hashtag

There's currently no support for color emojis in egui, is that correct? I see black and white only.
