Would you consider nostr a layer-3 bitcoin tech?

It’s value isn’t completely secured by Bitcoin, but a lot of it is supplemented by lightning payments

In a loose sense of the definition of layers, yes

Exactly why I worded it as a question. While not directly tied to bitcoin in any way, lightning is integrated into the protocol and culture.

Personally then, I’d say yes

But that’s probably due to my maxi bias

Not a layer 3 tech but finally it has connected thousands of lightning users

I consider it to be its own tech but interwoven with layer 2

As an Executive Assistant at Nostr I wouldn't consider that I would encourage that
